LOW VOLUME PRODUCTION FACILITY

Our relationships with suppliers and vendors ensures that all designs integrate smoothly and quickly into production. It also ensures that we are up to date with the latest technology, and that parts which are commonly in stock in the Asia/Pacific region are used in the design wherever possible. In short, we ensure that our designs are production worthy & marketable.

For low volume manufacture most of the facilities are available in-house. Surface Mount components are placed using semi-automated systems. For larger volumes we have arrangement with vendors who have fully automated pick-n-place machines.

Our facilities include SMT rework, semi-automatic placement & reflow oven.
